Perhaps this is what has made this Riesling so typically regional, brimming with zesty citrus and lime flavours. From the heart of a region renowned for its superb Riesling comes this refreshing example of the Clare Valley style.(12.9% alcohol)
	Cabernet Sauvignon		Beginning by hand selecting the fruit parcels from the vineyard literally at the top of the Clare Valley, this beautifully balanced Cabernet has responded superbly to hand plunging and fermentation in open slate tanks to produce its delicate flavours. Matured in French oak barriques for 18 months prior to bottling has ensured a delightful balance of fruit and oak. Suitable for drinking now, this wine will reward careful cellaring for 5-8 years.(13.4% alcohol)
	Shiraz		Available Now! Our shiraz produces low tonnages of intensely flavoured fruit. Small volumes of selected fruit are hand-crafted by traditional wine making methods followed by eighteen months in American oak hogsheads to produce a stunning approachable wine that reflects the vineyard characters. The soft spicy flavour has great length on the palate. This wine will favour cellaring but why would you when it is drinking so well now! (14.2% alcohol)
	Rosé		Our new Rose is sensational, great flavour, great colour, very refreshing! A new-age style, it is the perfect deck-chair wine for lazy days, or to accompany a variety of food and friends. Serve chilled! (11.8% alcohol) Remember. Save water- Drink wine!
